While the ideal photo count depends on the individual property, here are general guidelines for a standard home listing:

• Front Exterior - 1 photo 

• Back Exterior - 3 photos (One closeup to show the detail of the back of the house, one patio, and one backyard view)

• Lake view or golf course view - 1 photo (if applicable)

• Family Room - 2 or 3 photos (Showcasing the family room itself, and also how it may connect to other spaces like the kitchen)     

• Kitchen - 2 photos    

• Formal Dining - 1 photo

• Formal Living - 2 photos

• Primary Bedroom - 2 photos

• Primary  Bathroom - 1 or 2 photos  

• Guest Bedroom - 1 photo each

• Guest Bathroom - 1 photo each  

• Laundry Room - 1 photo

• Office - 1 photo

• Gym - 1 photo

• Closets, Garage and Community photos will be included upon request

Any other request must be addressed at time of appointment
